CAPITAL & FREEDOM
THE PRIVATE OFFICE

A funded account is a maths problem.

We published the maths.

Passing an evaluation is the easy half. Getting paid is a different calculation — and it is the one almost nobody runs. Here it is, with the platform and the four‑phase protocol built around it.

Built by a futures trader with more than eight years in the markets — eight years of screen time, tickets bought, rulebooks read and accounts lost, compressed into one platform and one protocol.

$95 is what you risk · $50,000 is what you trade · 6 tickets out of 10 end with a payout and a 1199% ROI

Payouts received

Over $300,000 in payouts this year, from multiple firms.

Behind these there is no luck, and no magic indicator found on the internet. There is a method, a platform I built myself, and a precise plan for prop firms. By the end of the programme you have all three.

The opportunity

A hundred dollars controls fifty thousand.

You do not need capital any more. A prop firm hands you a $50,000 account to trade, and the only thing you ever put at risk is the price of the ticket — never the fifty thousand, never your savings.

StepWhat happensCost to you
1 · Buy a ticketYou trade a $50,000 account with simulated money~$100
2 · Reach the target+$3,000 without touching the loss limit, and it goes live—
3 · Trade it fundedNow the profits are real and withdrawable—
4 · Get paidUp to 90% of the profit is yours. Then repeat—

Nothing else in finance is priced like that. Which is exactly why the rules are written the way they are.

The maths

They do not sell you a profit target. They sell you a drawdown.

The target is what they advertise. The drawdown is what they build. One is a number you might reach. The other is a line that climbs the screen behind you, waits, and closes an account that was never really in profit — on an ordinary Tuesday, with an ordinary losing run.

So we ran the calculation back at them.

Passing is not the problem. Collecting is.

Just over half of tickets pass. But between passing and money in your bank sit a floor that keeps climbing, a winning‑day requirement and a payout cadence — and each one removes people. So the number this programme is built around is not the pass rate.

It is 61.8%: the chance that a ticket ends with a transfer. Every phase after the evaluation exists to move that number, and nothing else.

Cost of one ticket$95
Chance of passing it51.4%
Average spend to funded$185
Chance of at least one payout61.8%
Expected cash collected$2,404
Return on what you spend+1,199%

Which means four in ten collect nothing.

We publish that, because it is what makes the other six believable. A programme that hides its failure rate is hiding something more important than a percentage.

The platform

A candle tells you what happened. This tells you who is behind it.

Everything that decides where price stops was never on the candle. It is in the orders still resting in the book, in the large trades dying against them, and in the hedging an option dealer is obliged to do at prices you can know in advance. All of it exists. None of it was on one screen, so I built the screen I could not buy.

It is not sold separately and it is not on anybody's marketplace. It comes with the programme, licensed to your machine, and it stays yours.

A full session on the platform: the chart with the order book heatmap and option levels, the regime panel in the top right, and every trade of the day marked green or red
One screen, one session, nothing hidden — and every trade of the day on it, green boxes and red boxes, in the proportion they actually happen. The four numbered layers read the market and are explained one by one below. The fifth is the module that turns the risk you accept into a position size, on its own.
LAYER 01

Simplified heatmap

Where the orders wait

The order book painted over time, so the walls stop flickering and become visible. Price walks into them and stops, over and over, at the same price.

LAYER 02

MBO big orders

Big effort, no result

Every large aggressive order as it lands, and the only question that matters: did it move price, or did it die against the wall? That is absorption.

LAYER 03

GEX levels

Where dealers must trade

The whole chain reduced to three prices: call wall, put wall, zero gamma. You will never trade an option — you will trade in front of the people who must.

LAYER 04

Regime engine

One calculation, one verdict

All of it, plus momentum, expansion, volatility and dealer flows, collapsed into three scores and one line of English. Too much for a human in real time. Not for a machine.

The verdict

Read two lines. Decide in ten seconds.

The same setup wins on a calm day and gets run over on a trending one. Most losses are the right setup on the wrong day. So the first question is never where to enter — it is what kind of day this is. The panel reads the whole option chain and interpolates it strike by strike, so the positioning of the entire market becomes one thing: the regime of the day, computed the instant it changes, and a single verdict in plain English that guides you for the rest of the session.

The protocol

Every account is a ticket. Four phases to turn it into a transfer.

Four phases. Each one has a single job, a size that belongs to it, and a written condition that ends it. Big risk only where the reward is big — small risk the moment the account becomes worth protecting.

PHASE 01

Pass

Get funded

A couple of A+ setups, taken at full size on purpose. The evaluation is settled in days rather than weeks — and if it goes the wrong way it cost you a ticket, not your savings.

full sizedecided in days
PHASE 02

Lock

Freeze the floor

The single most important trade an account will ever see, and you take it on day one. It exists to push the drawdown floor up and freeze it there for good. After that the account is very hard to lose.

one trade, oncefloor frozen
PHASE 03

Get paid

Produce the winning days

The account has stopped being a ticket and become an asset, so the risk collapses. One trade a day, a small target, and the qualifying days the firm wants before it will pay anybody.

PHASE 04

Keep

Withdraw, then repeat

Same rules, resized after each payout. Built to be repeated across accounts rather than won once — which is the difference between a lucky month and a business.

The Allocation Desk

Start on your numbers, not on hope.

Export your trades from NinjaTrader, drop the CSV in, and the Desk replays your real days — your real streaks, in the order they happened — through the rulebook of every firm it knows, hundreds of thousands of times over.

This is how a quant desk signs off on a strategy before it allocates capital: not one backtest and a good feeling, but the full distribution of outcomes, stress‑tested against every rule that can close the account. The Desk holds your trading to that standard — so what you read on the screen is not what the method did for me. It is what your own numbers are worth, before you risk a single ticket on them.

The Allocation Desk result for Lucid Trading Flex 50K: 51.4% eval pass, 61.8% payout, $185 spend, +1199% ROI
One firm, eight numbers. The verdict on the account this protocol was built against. Note the one that matters least to a marketer and most to you: ≥1 payout, 61.8%. Passing is not getting paid, and the Desk refuses to confuse the two.
Thousands of simulated candidates drawn one line each: the evaluation above, the funded account below
And this is the same answer, drawn. Every line is one candidate, start to finish: green reached the target and went on to collect, red hit the drawdown, grey ran out of days. Above, the evaluation. Below, the same accounts once funded — the dot marks the first withdrawal. A risk desk does not read an average. It reads every way the next three months can go, and decides with the whole picture in front of it.
The Allocation Desk ranking more than 30 prop firms by expected return Locked

The whole table is locked.

Name, email and phone, and the engine opens on the spot. Nothing to download, no call on the way in.

  • More than 30 firms, every rulebook loaded: price, target, drawdown, consistency, caps, split
  • Your four phases — win rate, reward‑to‑risk and risk, one box each
  • A size advisor and hundreds of simulated paths: green paid, red blown, grey still alive
  • The fleet: how many accounts your real setups can feed before more stops helping

Members get it either way. We never share your details.

This is what removes the fear of starting. You are not deciding whether to trust me, or whether a method works in general. You are watching your own trades, in your own order, played out thousands of times against real rulebooks — and reading the answer off the screen. Nineteen of the thirty‑two firms end with a positive net; the Desk names them, and names the thirteen that do not. You begin the day you know your number, not the day you feel ready.

The programme

Eight modules. The method, the platform, the plan.

Every concept starts from zero, in plain words, with pictures. If you have never traded you will not be lost. If you already trade, you are adding two sources of information you have never had.

ModuleWhat you learn
1 · WelcomeThe opportunity, the platform, the method, the plan
2 · Order Flow & HeatmapThe order book, the walls, big orders, absorption
3 · Option FlowDealers, gamma, call wall, put wall, zero gamma — in plain English

5 · The StrategyBoth playbooks, the checklist, sizing, execution, real trades
6 · The Prop ProtocolThe rules, the four phases, many accounts in parallel
7 · The Allocation DeskYour CSV, your firm, your risk, your expected return
8 · The OperatorDemo, routine, live sessions, mindset, your 30-day plan

The platform, yours for good

The full NinjaTrader 8 package tied to your Machine ID: heatmap, order flow, GEX levels, volume profile and the regime engine. Installed with you in week one. No monthly fee, no renewal, no expiry — it is included, and it stays on your machine.

Live sessions, every day

Every trading day, not once a week. I read the panel, mark the walls and explain every decision before it happens — including, and especially, the setups I skip. Barring the unforeseen, I am there every morning. Bring your before‑and‑after screenshots.

Thirty days to your own numbers

Learn and install, then thirty to fifty demo trades with the checklist. Day thirty: your CSV goes into the Desk and your plan comes out — in your handwriting, not mine.

What you stop paying for

You will never buy another trading platform again.

Add up what a serious retail setup actually costs. The charting subscription. The order‑flow add‑on. The heatmap tool. The options‑flow service. Separate invoices that renew every month whether you traded or not. Most traders are paying rent on their own screen, for years.

One screen, not four subscriptions

Heatmap, order flow, GEX levels, volume profile, the regime engine and the order panel that handles size and risk: one single package. And it is all connected — the regime decides how much you risk, the panel turns that into size, stop and target, and the order leaves already inside the rules.

Nothing renews

The licence is tied to your Machine ID and it does not expire. No monthly fee, no annual fee, no upgrade tier. The screen you work on every morning never sends you another invoice.

The saving compounds

Run that over three or five years instead of one month. A recurring cost removed permanently is worth more on its own than what it costs to get in here — and it keeps paying every year you go on trading.

Your turn

“See the walls. Read the verdict. Take one great trade per account.”

The platform reads the market for you. The protocol turns your good trades into payouts. You bring the patience.

Follow the thirty-day plan, join me in the live sessions, and send me your first payout certificate.

A good fit if…

  • You are new to trading. Perfect — nothing to unlearn
  • You already trade and are tired of guessing what kind of day it is
  • You can be at the screen for the US morning, about two and a half hours
  • You can spend a few hundred dollars on tickets without it hurting

Not for you if…

  • You want signals to copy rather than a market to read
  • You cannot accept that one trade decides an account in phases one and two
  • Being one of the four in ten who never collects would break you
  • You would move a stop because "it will come back"

Questions

Good. You should have questions.

I have never traded. Is this too advanced?

The opposite. Every concept starts from zero, with pictures — what an order book is, what a dealer is, why a wall holds. Having no habits is an advantage, because there is nothing to unlearn. What you need is patience and the US morning.

Do I need to know anything about options?

No, and you will never trade one. Module 3 explains the only thing that matters: dealers have to hedge, that hedging forces them into the futures market at specific prices, and the platform draws those prices before the session opens.

What do I need to run the platform?

NinjaTrader 8, which is free, and a demo account. You import the package you receive and send your Machine ID for the licence. We install it with you in week one, and you trade demo for the first weeks — no money at risk while you learn.

Is it automated?

No. The engine is a co-pilot, not an autopilot: it tells you which game to play and where, the heatmap and the order flow tell you when, and the click is yours. Several firms also restrict automated trading — another reason the decision stays with the human.

What if I am one of the four in ten who never gets paid?

Then you spent a few hundred dollars on tickets, and you still have the platform, the method, your own measured numbers and a protocol you can run again tomorrow on a new account. We publish the 61.8% because it is what the model says.

Do I have to use Lucid?

No. The protocol was built against the Lucid Flex 50K rulebook, and the Desk simulates more than thirty firms with your own trades so you pick on evidence rather than on a discount code. Firms also change their rules — always read the current ones before you buy.

Do you guarantee profits?

No, and anyone who does is either lying or unregulated. Capital & Freedom is education: not investment advice, not a regulated service, not a managed fund. What I do stand behind is the outcome: if you don't receive any payouts, you can request a full refund under my written refund policy — the full terms are in the policy itself.

Application

Apply for the Private Office

Every submission is reviewed individually before any invitation is extended.

I have simulated this protocol across more than thirty firms and hundreds of thousands of paths. Run properly, across enough accounts, a payout stops being a question of if and becomes a question of when.

I am confident enough in that to put my own fee behind it: if you don't receive any payouts, you can request a full refund under my written refund policy.

Places are limited, and the call is the real filter.

I take on a small number of traders at a time, because phase reviews do not scale. What decides it is fit: your situation, the time you actually have, and whether you will run the protocol as written instead of redesigning it in week two. That gets settled on the call — thirty minutes on your numbers, and not everyone who books is offered a place.
